Terence Kwan is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 25 years' experience in the construction industry. Over the years he has been advisor to major players in the construction industry in Hong Kong through all stages of construction projects. As consultant or party representative he has played a pivotal role in achieving a mutually satisfactory outcome in the resolution of disputes.
He has accumulated a wealth of experience in litigation and the alternative dispute resolution, having participated in all stages of the litigation process including pre-litigation negotiation. He has acted as court expert in a number of cases and has recently been appointed the court assessor (to assist the judge) in a recent High Court case.
